DICAS's most important asset is the team of professionals who have been trained, since they work in an integrated and agile way. The members of this multidisciplinary team have shown what they are capable of working responsibly in all kinds of projects.

The people from the region where the projects are carried out have shown preference to become part of our work team, like this contributing with their experience and knowledge; likewise promoting the local economy and ongoing training for training company's personnel.
