DICA was founded in 1973, year in which the first public work contract was obtained, taking part in the construction of the Refinery of Tula, Hidalgo for Pemex Refinación.

Since then, DICA has developed more than 160 projects, practically throughout Mexico; winning customer's confidence in both, private and government sectors.

In 36 years in the market, there have also been failures, however, in DICA's entire history, there has never been partial or unfinished solutions handed over; thanks to that commitment DICA is acknowledged as a reliable company.
